Billion Realty Inc., Brokerage was established as a boutique firm by design. Our practice concentrates on industrial, retail, office, mixed-use, multi-family and development land, including income-producing assets, and our clients range from private owners and business operators to investors and developers.

Remaining deliberately small allows every mandate to be led by a senior member of the firm. Clients receive direct access to the people negotiating on their behalf, and every assignment is managed with the same attention, regardless of size.
