How we work

A defined process for every sale, lease and advisory mandate

  1. Discovery and alignment

    We start with your objectives, constraints and timing, and agree in writing what we will do for you, whether that is a sale, a purchase or a lease.

  2. Positioning and marketing

    We set pricing or rent strategy against current market conditions, prepare marketing materials and take the property to market through MLS® exposure, direct outreach to qualified buyers and tenants, and cooperating brokerages.

  3. Offers and due diligence

    We coordinate showings, offers, conditions and due diligence, and keep every party informed so decisions are made on time.

  4. Negotiation and closing

    We negotiate terms on your behalf and work with lawyers, lenders and the other side to get the deal closed or the lease signed on the agreed terms.
