Avian Singh

Avian works with owner-operators across the GTA on transactions where the business and the real estate need to be planned together. He runs sell-side and buy-side mandates through formal processes: client onboarding, valuation, offering materials, buyer and seller outreach, letter of intent negotiation and diligence coordination through closing.

Before joining Billion Group, Avian spent several years in enterprise sales and business development in the infrastructure, construction and financial institution sectors, including leadership of a sales team at HUCON and senior account management at Giesecke+Devrient. He also designed Billion Group’s deal management and origination systems.
